The Gaulitanus Choir has announced that it will be concert-touring Italy as part of the celebrations marking its 25th anniversary. From the 11th to the 14th December the choir will indeed be in Emilia Romagna where it has a number of artistic commitments.

The choir will give two concerts, one at the Immaculate Conception Church in Porretta Terme and another at the Chiesa dei Filippini at the very heart of Bologna. The choir will also be animating the “Cum iubilo” Sunday mass at Bologna’s Cathedral.

The Gozitan choir will be making the trip following the invitation of the Associazione Culturale Vox Vitae, with the collaboration of the Malta Consulate in Italy and the Bologna Cathedral. The concert-tour is also supported by the Cultural Export Fund (ACM).

This will be the choir’s 9th concert-tour abroad following ones in England, Germany, the Netherlands, Greece, Corsica, and Italy.
