GAULITANUS CHOIR AT POMPEI CHURCH

Just a few days after ending up with Gaulitana: A Festival of Music, the Gaulitanus Choir was once agian in action on Saturday May 8th by animating the high mass at Pompei Church on the occasion of the feast of Our Lady of Pompei.

The choir, directed and accompanied by Mro. Colin Attard, performed Segattini’s Missa Sanctae Johannes Baptistae, Mozart’s Ave Verum, Frisina’s Anima Christi, Caruana’s Fil-Hlewwa ta’ Mejju and the popular hymn of Our Lay of Pompei. The soloists were sopranos Maria Grech Magro and Annabelle Zammit and bass Darren Vella.
