Gaulitanus Choir in concert with Russian Choir at Nadur

January 6, 2008 | Author: The Gaulitanus Choir | Filed under: Latest News

st-peter-and-st-paul-nadur-tn.jpgRight after finishing their Christmas commitments with their End-of Festive Season Concert last Saturday at St. Augustine Church, Victoria, the Gaulitanus Choir will be on the scene again next weekend.

The choir has been invited by the Nadur Local Council to participate in a concert which will also feature the Eura Chamber Choir of the Holy Trinity Cathedral of Moscow. This concert of sacred music will be held at the St. Peter & St. Paul’s Basilica, Nadur on Sunday 13th January at 6.00pm. Entrance to the concert is free.

Being asked to be the representatives of our country during this concert is an honour for the choir and at the same time offers a challenge to choir who will be singing side by side with a foreign choir.
