Gaulitana: A Festival of Music continued on Friday, 9th April with recital by a violin and piano duo from Italy.The concert, held at the Exhibition Hall, Victoria, at 8.15pm, featured young and up-and-coming musicians Giulana Toselli (violin) and Silvia Gregoriani (piano), both graduates of the Conservatorio G. Verdi of Turin.The programme consisted of three highly-taxing Romantic works, namely Franz Schubert’ s Sonatina in A minor, D. 385, Op.137 No.2,Robert Schumann’s 3 Romances, Op.94, and Johannes Brahms’ Sonata in G major (Rain), Op.78 No.1.
