Gaulitana: A Festival of Music presents  acknowledged by the  composer himself as “the true beginning of my artistic career”.

After an absence of 10 years, opera buffs are invited to immerse themselves in a dramatic journey rich in grand choruses and gorgeous melodies intertwining politics and religion undertones, immortalised in “Va Pensiero, sull’ali dorate”.

Following on the “successful” La Bohème in 2024, defined as “un colpo di fulmine” by OperaClick, this full-scale production features an international cast with the Gaulitanus Choir and the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of Colin Attard

Nabucco shall be held on Saturday 3 May at Teatru tal-Opra Aurora at 19:30 highlighting the 18^th edition of the festival presenting a multifarious programme of events around Gozo.

Gaulitana: A Festival of Music, organised by the Gaulitanus Choir, is principally supported by the Investment in Cultural Organisations – Gozo of Arts Council Malta and the Ministry for Gozo & Planning partnered by Bank of Valletta, VisitMalta and APS Bank.
