After a number of hybrid and phased editions, Gaulitana: A Festival of Music will be essentially reverting to its more standard pre-pandemic norms with a 16th edition being held in April.
Hence, the festival will be presenting a compact and intensive programme of multifarious public concerts and events – including educational ones – held in various venues around Gozo. The highlight will be reached on April 29 with the reprise of live opera in the festival, Verdi’s ever-popular La Traviata, featuring a top international cast, the Gaulitanus Choir and the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra. The full programme will be issued shortly. Stay tuned!
Gaulitana: A Festival of Music, organised by the Gaulitanus Choir under the artistic direction of Colin Attard, is principally supported by the Investment in Cultural Organisations – Gozo of Arts Council Malta and the Ministry for Gozo.
