The Annual General Meeting was held on the 10th January 2009. Several issues were addressed and discussed by the members during this meeting so much so that this meeting had to be adjurned to the 16th January for a second sitting! one of the functions of the AGM is the election of the new committee for 2009.
The elected members are Emily Spiteri, Stephanie Portelli, Notary Charlene Debrincat, and Joseph Tabone. During the first committee meeting after the AGM Notary Charlene Debrincat was appointed secretary, Emily Spiteri was appointed Treasurer, Joseph Tabone was appointed PRO/webmaster, and Stephanie Portelli was appointed assistant PRO and Malta Representative.
