The Ta’ Cenc Hotel was the venue of a the annual Gaulitanus Choir dinner. Held on January 4th, appropriately, this served as a token of appreciation in recognition of everyone’s efforts and the commitment shown during the past year as well as to gear all concerned for the upcoming events in 2025, most notably the very taxing 18th edition of Gaulitana: A Festival of Music.
However, this time round the occasion was also a special one. It was the first social event in 2025, a celebratory year during which the choir will be marking the 35th anniversary from its foundation. This added to the allure of the evening. In view of this, the choir’s founder-director Colin Attard, president Joseph Calleja and vice-president Marvic Bajada cut a special anniversary cake surrounded by all members present.
