The 2019 edition of Gaulitana: A Festival of Music was launched on Monday, 25th February with a press conference at the Ministry for Gozo Hall.
Hon Minister Justyne Caruana and Arts Council Malta Chairman Albert Marshall lauded the festival’s artistic programme and noted how it managed to incorporate different stakeholders from the cultural, diplomatic, institutional and private sector.
