Boasting an impressive performing career and a number of album releases alongside seminal research work, he performed a solo programme showcasing the versatility of the instrument along musical eras.

The weekend commenced with a foretaste of the OPERA+ Weekend – a performance by the duo lauded for their compelling blend of music and theatricality in their concert tours.
Over the years, D’Ito have broadened their repertoire with a particular focus on Bellini whilst exploring a fusion of contemporary sonorities with the genre.
