The Gaulitanus Choir is presenting a solo guitar recital by internationally acclaimed Agatino Scuderi.
The Italian artist has graced concert stages worldwide including New York’s Carnegie Hall (where his debut performance was reviewed as presenting “brilliant technique, beautiful sound and vibrato reminiscent of the great guitarists of the past, and the encore was literally breathtaking”) and has received several awards and recognitions, the latest being the Grand Prix d’Excellence from Paris’ Sorbonne University. Scuderi was also in Malta in 2023, participating in Gaulitana: A Festival of Music.
This mid-summer concert is being held on Thursday, August 28th, at Savina Church, Victoria, Gozo at 20:00hrs. Entrance for the concert in this very comfortable air-conditioned venue is free with no reservations required.
